What we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, property address, and any details you add about the space or your cleaning needs. We do not collect this information through any other means on this site.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your quote request, schedule a walkthrough, and provide the service you asked about. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Who sees it
Your information goes to WNest directly. We use a third-party form service to deliver submissions to our inbox; that service processes the data on our behalf and doesn't use it for its own purposes. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies, analytics and third-party services
This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Some parts of the site are loaded from other companies' servers, which means those companies can see your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads. Specifically: typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the map on our Areas page is served by OpenStreetMap. Neither is used by us for tracking, but their own privacy policies apply to that data. The quote form is delivered to us through a third-party form service, as described above.
If we ever add analytics or cookies, this page will be updated to say what's in use and why.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
